Fitness Kickboxing: Keep Moving

"Keep moving and keep your guard up" is timeless advice in any combative sport.  Why do fighters need to be reminded?  Because when you are tired the hands drop and feet stay planted.  So if you want to increase your workout load keep the feet moving (a little forward, then a little back; or circle slightly to the left and then return to the right.)  Keeping that guard up raises your heart rate and requires strength in the shoulders and biceps.
