Vary the speed of your kicks. A kick thrown a little faster than usual will put new demands on your body. Kicking slower, especially much slower, will also challenge the strength and muscle control of the action.Another trick is to vary the returning recoil of your kick. Sometimes kick slow but recoil quickly. Other times kick quickly and recoil slowly. |
